Cape Town has got Table Mountain, Paris the Eiffel tower and London the Big Ben; every city has got a land mark. Dubai is no different; this is the well known Arabian Tower, Burj Al Arab Hotel Dubai Higher than the Eiffel tower and built to represent a sail of a Dow and it is a very impressive building indeed. We have traveled 21000km since 13th of June 2004. God is so good to us; it is not possible to keep quiet about it. He opened so many doors for us, and when the enemy tried to discourage us, Dad is there to encourage us.
I’m still thinking back to Blantyre with extremely thankfulness when Jesus healed my broken collarbone in an instant, 3 days after our accident. He opened many doors in Kenya when the GS broke in the remote part of northern Kenya. Finding a boat to cross the Red sea within 4 hours was just another blessing from our King. Then it was Oman, where the back wheel bearing broke and we were stuck in the most expensive country we’ve been to. But we serve an awesome God! Despite being the most expensive, we have spent less money than any other country on our journey (accept Zim). Thank you Shaun for sharing your house with us, and Johan for blessing us with some money for a little job we did. There is some wonderful South African people working in Oman.
For those with GPS’s, our location is N25 10.262 and
E055 14.315, 7600km straight line to Cape Town.
Teresa, ons was toe by die Gold Souk, dis nou vir jou ‘n gesig, goud juwele waar jy kyk, seker so 100 winkels in een ‘mall’.
Mag die Here julle big time seën.
